Our technicians can perform simple troubleshooting or maintenance tasks 24x7, 365 days a year. Remote Hands service helps you maximize operational uptime and reduce costs by eliminating the need to dispatch your own technical personnel to Dallas Data Center's facility just to perform basic tasks.

Support offered:

• Power cycling (reboots)
• Securing cabling to connections
• Observing, describing or reporting on indicators or display information on equipment or consoles
• Basic observation and reporting on the environment

Smart Hands

Dallas Data Center's Smart Hands service offers clients remote assistance using our industry-certified engineers to install and maintain complex network environments.  For tasks such as equipment modification or expansion, Smart Hands helps clients decrease response time and reduce costs by avoiding the need for on-site technical personnel to perform installation and maintenance tasks, while increasing the effectiveness of their technical personnel and the uptime of mission-critical networks and applications.

Support offered:

• Management or upgrading of equipment components (i.e. processors, cards, drives, memory)
• Media and supply management
• Loop back and signal testing, equipment testing, troubleshooting, and complex cable configurations
• Circuit testing & trouble ticket management
• OS installation and troubleshooting
• Database installation and troubleshooting
• Network setup and configuration
• And any other IT support typically required to run your infrastructure

Smart Hands services are available on a time and materials basis or by subscription in hourly blocks per month, allowing you full control over your budget.
